Sandra Schintu is the Head of Human Capital Management at GxP-CC. Her strengths include People Management, and she has a passion for organizational development. Sandra’s most critical part of her role is to integrate and welcome team members and nurture their growth. She has been doing this for over 20 years and her nicest experience is when a candidate gets the positive note that they have been hired. ”Seeing the look in their eyes, and knowing that we are giving them a future opportunity and the options for development are genuine”.

Sandra leads the Great Place to Work initiative, the Charter of Diversity initiative, the German Sustainability Codex initiative and facilitates the Organizations’ Corporate Citizenship initiatives. Furthermore, Sandra has been active as a Lecturer of Professional Development and Human Resources at the FOM University of Applied Sciences. 

After 20 years of her career and countless impactful experiences, Sandra has returned to the academic area to pursue her Master’s Degree in Business and Organizational Psychology at the Schumpeter School in Business and Economics. 

Sandra joined GxP-CC because she valued the core mission of the organization and answered the call to build the vision into a reality.
