Simge Parlar is a Consultant at GxP-CC, specializing in compliance and validation solutions for the life sciences and healthcare industries. She brings expertise in cell physiology, molecular biology, and plant biology, supported by extensive research and analytical experience. At GxP-CC, Simge will apply her knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements to help clients navigate complex challenges.

Originally from Istanbul, Turkey, Simge moved to Germany in 2016 to further her education and gain international experience. Before transitioning into consulting, she conducted her doctoral research at Martin Luther University, focusing on mitochondrial proteins in plants. There she developed her skills in scientific analysis, problem-solving, and project management. She has presented her work at international conferences and organized an international symposium.

Simge values lifelong learning and embraces new challenges, which has been key to her transition into consulting. In her free time, she enjoys expressing her creativity through painting and sculpting, as well as exploring new places through travel.
